Bennie has been coaching teachers since 2013 at all stages of their careers. She specialises in middle and senior leadership coaching. She is working towards RLE accreditation to ensure that her clients have the best framework for success.

Bennie has experience in coaching middle leaders and senior leaders, working on classroom practice and professional leadership development. She is adept at ensuring that goals are clear and that there is an opportunity to reflect on the pathway to get there. She has coached virtually and in person.

Bennie is comfortable with transformational coaching, vision coaching, career and performance coaching and group coaching.

Bennie has 20 years experience in the classroom, with 10 of those years as a senior leader. She has taught in four London boroughs, in South Oxfordshire and in central Derby. She is a former English teacher. She is the author of two books on diversity in education and now works as an independent consultant on diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as language and literature.
