I have been coaching individuals for over 10 years, initially beginning my career a business coach and consultant. More recently I have become a Potentiality Coach, supporting individuals to reach their personal and professional potential.

As an experienced and accredited coach I adopt a supportive and non-directive style to working with individuals to achieve their personal and professional potential through a combination of 1:1 coaching, transformational tools, group coaching programmes and training.

I have over 20 years’ experience in business development. I’m a strategic leader and professional tender, bid writer and fundraiser with experience in Trusts and Foundations, Corporate Sponsors, Major Donors, online fundraising, fundraising events and challenges, acquiring 6 & 7 figure contracts contracts and funding.

As an ethical leader with a passion for DE&I, I’ve led multi-disciplinary teams in both the private and charity sector, developing and implementing corporate strategies, business planning, managing large scale projects and managing multi-million pound budgets. I’m also a skilled and astute networker, passionate about making connections and gaining great satisfaction from making referrals and introductions.

I’m a passionate social entrepreneur who has founded several not-for-profit organisations for the benefit of my local city and gain my drive and purpose from seeing the positive impact these projects deliver to individuals and the wider community.

I have been a Magistrate for 15 years and am the Founder of PeriodsMatter (a charity working to eradicate period poverty) TEDxWolverhampton and Fawcett West Midlands.
