There are tensions when educators start businesses and become entrepreneurs operating in a more corporate way.
Hannah balances her paid work with her volunteer roles to continue to pay it forward.

- Bath and Wells Multi-Academy Trust (BWMAT) – Hannah was a governor.
- Bath Women’s Fund (BWF) – Hannah is an active community member.
- South Gloucester and Stroud Academy Trust (SGSAT) – Hannah is a trustee and Chair of the Board.
- Young Carers’ Development Trust (YCDT) – Hannah is a mentor for a young carer.
