Opportunities
1:1
- Hannah coaches women in leadership on a 1:1 basis. Most leaders book a 1 hour session monthly and commit to 3 sessions at a time. This option is best for intense, personalised support.
Executive Coaching
- Hannah is a strategic leader and she coaches executives who are goal-oriented to help them build momentum and sustain their impact.
Small Group
- Hannah coaches women in leadership in small groups, ideally 2-3 people who can know each other or who we can bring together for a 3-4 month commitment. This option is best for peer support.
Coaching Community
- Hannah is launching a coaching community where you can pay for a monthly or a quarterly subscription to access daily group coaching calls. This option is best for a flexible coaching commitment – join us when you need us.
Regaining Your Mojo
- Hannah co-facilitates a 5-week coaching programme to help you reflect, refocus and rebalance. Each group session explores a different aspect of Ikigai. This option is best for personal development.
Leading in Uncertainty
- Hannah co-facilitates a 13-week coaching programme to help you develop your leadership resilience and your ability to navigate adversity. Each group session explores a different Resilient Leaders Element. This option is best for professional development.
REAL: Women
- Hannah leads and co-facilitates a 6-month coaching programme to help you grow as a leader. Each group session explores a different Resilient Leaders Element. All participants receive a monthly 1:1 coaching call and participate in a group coaching call for their circle. This option is best for leadership development.
Virtual Coaching
- All of the coaching opportunities include virtual access to the Resilient Leaders Elements platform. You will start with a self-assessment which will help you develop your self-awareness and recognise your strengths. Later, you will gather peer feedback to help you reflect on how others see you and to identify your areas for development. You will have access for the duration of your programme.
C-Me Profiling
- Hannah is a C-Me activator - she can work with you individually, or with you and your team, to develop awareness of our personalities and behaviour preferences to enhance team communication.

Hannah has completed the Coactive Fundamentals and Coactive Coach Training curriculum with the Coactive Training Institute.
Hannah is currently training with the British School of Coaching and working towards the ILM L7 in Executive Coaching.
Hannah has achieved ACC certification with ICF via the Teleos Leadership Institute.
